Bio

Steve has had an interest in residential real estate as far back as he can remember. Thinking back to childhood, he vividly recalls thumbing through floorplan books on magazine racks and going to the public library to check out Bob Vila home improvement VHS tapes. Fast forward to his senior year of college, when he chose to write his senior thesis on the impact of newly emerging web-based technology on the residential real estate industry. With graduation looming on the horizon, his next step seemed like a no-brainer: obtain his real estate license in his native Maryland. After affiliating with his previous brokerage, Steve hit the ground running that first Summer, closing sales in excess of $1 million in his very first month.

After purchasing and renovating a rowhome in Baltimore’s Upper Fells Point in 2008, he decided to join Cummings & Co Realtors, a relatively new brokerage with local roots and a reputation for quality and integrity.

In 2013, Steve and his husband Brad realized a lifelong dream when they purchased a vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. He has since expanded his real estate services into Delaware, and now enjoys providing exceptional services to all of his clients, “from Baltimore to the Beach!”

Steve holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Hartwick College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He has held his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation since 2006. Steve, Brad, and their two dogs split their time between Rehoboth Beach, DE and Bel Air, MD. They are active in their local communities, and support numerous local organizations including CAMP Rehoboth and Moveable Feast.
