I have been a Realtor since Spring of 2004. I work Baltimore City and County, Harford, Anne Arundel, and Howard Counties primarily. I specialize in first time home buyers and move up buyers. We were selling a nice enough house in an up and coming but still not pristine neighborhood. It had its warts as it was a very old home, and other agents we interviewed were demanding we make significant investments before putting the home on the market, as their experience was only with newer homes in more upscale neighborhoods. Stephanie's immense local knowledge and perspective prevented us from wasting our hard-earned money. Throughout the process documents showed up on time using technology to minimize the need for time-consuming and schedule-straining in-person visits, they were accurate, and any questions were answered immediately. She was able to refer the needed resources when items needed to be addressed, and the contacts she provided had nothing but good things to say about working with her. If I had a single criticism it would be that she maintains a good work life balance, and questions posed at odd hours sometimes took a little longer to respond to, but there was never an instance when it ever affected anything other my needless impatience.

Outside of her professional scope, Stephanie also made things easy for us personally when a family medical emergency almost caused us to have to adjust our closing date. She handled things perfectly even with my limited availability and we closed on time without any additional headaches.

In closing, you can't do better than Stephanie to sell a home in the areas she is really in-tune with. -Ted
