Bio

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Stacy Ward uses her extensive knowledge of the area to benefit buyers & sellers alike. She works tirelessly to locate the property her buyers are looking for, even if that property is not currently on the market. Stacy is highly tuned in to the local neighborhoods and is often able to get her buyers into see a home before it hits the market. In fact, a large number of her sales are homes that didn't even go on the market.

Stacy's number one priority is listening to her clients, understanding what they need and how to help make the process of buying or selling seamless. She attributes this keen understanding to her background in education, which is highly valuable to her career in real estate. She approaches real estate just as she approached teaching: Communicating effectively, acquiring knowledge and conveying that knowledge, keeping others calm when they are under pressure, and staying organized.

In 2020, Stacy began selling real estate at the beach (Ocean City, Maryland) where she and her family spent part of their time. After helping several clients buy and sell in and outside of Ocean City, Stacy obtained her real estate license in Delaware so that she could better serve her clients who were looking to buy in Bethany Beach, Fenwick, or Rehoboth.

Aside from real estate, Stacy loves photography, writing, and anything creative. She, her husband, daughter and their two labradoodles split their time between Baltimore and Berlin, Maryland.
