I'm Ryan Sullivan, an experienced, full-time, full-service real estate agent ready to navigate you as smoothly as possible through the process of purchasing and/or selling your home. As a lifelong resident of Maryland, I am extremely knowledgeable about the various communities. I also have a large network of professionals should you ever need a referral for just about anything. I began my real estate career in 2003 as a sales and marketing assistant on a real estate team. Then I represented a national builder as a community sales manager. These days I serve buyers and sellers as a real estate agent with Maryland-based brokerage, Cummings & Co. Realtors. While I am a no pressure real estate agent with my clients, I am a creative and skilled negotiator on behalf of my clients.
