Paul has been a full-time Realtor since 2012, at which time he left his corporate career behind and joined his wife, Jamie Mason, in a thriving real estate practice. They formed the HomeFusion sales|staging team with a mission to add value to individuals by providing outstanding service and expertise in residential home sales transactions.

Paul brings 20 years of experience with companies such as Farmers Insurance, ADP, and Coca-Cola to the partnership. His background in planning, analysis, and customer service adds value to clients both buying and selling homes. He holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Paul has renovated two homes and built one from scratch — all with the help of qualified contractors and builders, of course. That experience has given him the ability to knowledgeably coach clients on the building and renovation processes. He has a database of qualified professionals who can help with all aspects of buying, selling, renovating or building a home, from inspectors and contractors to lenders and title companies.

In additional to real estate, Paul is passionate about wine, food, cars, and his rescue pup Delilah.
