Bio
Nick’s goal is to find your dream home, rental or investment property while keeping it easy and simple for his clients. He grew up in Severn Maryland, but has lived in Baltimore’s Federal Hill neighborhood for 30 years. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore, 10 years of lending experience, and 15 years as landlord Nick has a wealth of homeownership knowledge to share. He has been licensed as a real estate agent since 2014 and offers a lifetime of experience to the home buying process to help you with your home buying goals.
Nick is a member of the Unicorn Listings Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors. We donate 10% of our net profits to local nonprofits focused on LGBTQ and underprivileged youth. This allows homeowners to move up or on while leaving their blessings behind for the community.
