Nancy Santoni is a graduate of Towson High School (Class of 1982) and Lynchburg College in Virginia (Class of 1986), where she obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Following Lynchburg College, Nancy attended coursework at Loyola University towards a Masters in Business and a Masters in Engineering.
Nancy’s real estate career began in 1986 managing rental properties in Fells Point while working for KCI Technologies Inc. in Marketing. At KCI Technologies, Nancy marketed engineering consulting services for both the private and public sector.
In 1990, Nancy started her real estate career working for several builders in the area including Winchester Homes, Inc. and NV Homes, Inc. At Winchester Homes, Inc. Nancy facilitated the customization of many homes that she sold. She believes that listening to homeowners needs is the most important part of her job.
As a realtor, Nancy expanded her skills to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. If a home is going to be financed, the bank or institution will usually require an appraiser to determine market value for the home. Nancy believes that pricing a home based on market value is good practice for both buyers and sellers. In doing so, Nancy understands how to price homes to work toward a successful settlement. For this reason, Nancy is a “single source for real estate agents and appraisers.”
