With over a decade of experience as a Loan Officer, Jonathan Wald has won numerous awards in his industry and continues to be one of the top producing mortgage originators in Maryland.

Whether FHA, CDA, VA, USDA, 203(k), conventional conforming, or jumbo, Jon is well versed in every loan option—and can provide counsel on the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. He has been a preferred lender with Live Baltimore Home Center for seven years, and offers buyers extensive knowledge of the various grant programs available to buyers in Baltimore City. With his vast understanding of the mortgage process, he not only educates buyers about the complexity of purchasing a property, but also teaches renovation financing accredited by the state of Maryland to realtors and homeowners alike.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Jon moved to Maryland to attend college. After he earned his degree in Business Management from Towson University. Steve began his mortgage career in 2005, and has been a member of the Primary Residential team since day one. Being a native to Maryland, he is a former 8-year resident of Baltimore City (Canton), and has since moved to Towson with his family, where they have lived since 2009.

Steve was a member of the Towson branch of Primary for over 7 years, which lead the company nationally in units & volume the last several years. Individually, he has been a Top 50 producer for PRMI the past 6 years. Extensive knowledge combined with an intense attention to customer service, proves him to be a great asset to his clients. Steve believes in face-to-face meetings, close client interaction and a 24/7 team approach to service.

In early 2013 Steve partnered with Jon Wald to open one of the newest branches of Primary. Kathleen Lauman joined PRMI in July 2014 as a residential loan officer/originator, bringing 18+ years of experience as a mortgage lending professional.

As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Kathleen has experience in many areas in the mortgage lending field, including working as an underwriter, as a manager in the processing and closing departments, and as a loan originator. Kathleen particularly enjoys loan origination, and over the years has developed many close relationships with area realtors. Because Kathleen is fully invested from beginning to end, this allows her clients to transition from applicant to home-owner in a stress-free and seamless manner.

Known by her clients as a detail-oriented, discrete professional, Kathleen always goes the extra mile for her clients to help their application proceed as smooth as possible.

With nearly two decades in the mortgage industry, Greg Nelson is well on his way to being an industry veteran. Starting as a refinance professional in the early 2000s, Greg dove head first into the mortgage world. Greg established his career as an Inside Sales Representative and Training Director, and continued on to join Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. in April of 2019.

Greg spent a short time moonlighting in sports talk radio from 2007-2014 where he learned that mortgage banking was truly his calling. When she’s not busy assisting her clients, she enjoys traveling, having bonfires in the back yard, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her husband, their two children, Devin & Lennon, and dog, Ruby.
