Hi, I am David Curtin! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a Baltimore native and I LOVE selling my hometown and surrounding counties. My range of clients has taken from a rocking Inner Harbor duplex condo with direct views of Fort McHenry to a stunning Federal house in Monkton. From a fabulous custom build in Westminster to Harford County where my out of town clients found their new home. I started my career in real estate in Washington, DC in 1985. I quickly became a member of the Washington Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Award Club. Back when that wasn't easy! When one my sisters moved to Florida I visited her and fell in love with the Sunshine State. Again, I became an award winning agent in short order. I worked in the Greater Orlando area for 6 years. While I loved Florida. I missed my hometown. I have been home since 2001. I have again worked hard to become a successful agent in the Baltimore area. Nothing beats finding my clients the best house for them in the area of the world I like most. I hope you will allow me to show you the best of my hometown.
