Bio

Dale has been in real estate for 34 years and spent 20 years in brokerage management. He’s sold homes in 10 different counties in Maryland, as well as in Washington, DC and across Northern Virginia. If knowledge and experience are on your list, and they should be, then you would be hard pressed to find an agent with more. Dale & the Beltway to the Bay Group have been helping people transition from the Washington Metro area to areas along the western and eastern shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Beltway to the Bay has now become Beltway to the Beach with expanded service areas that include the Maryland & Delaware Beaches.

Besides being an industry-recognized, outstanding Associate Broker, Dale is an avid tennis player who pretends to be a golfer. He enjoys time on the water, both on the bay and at the beach. He is also a rabid University of Maryland fan who enjoys attending a variety of Terrapin sporting events.
