Catrin Davies has been a Realtor since 2004. Originally from Washington, DC, she moved to Baltimore in 2001 to attend the Peabody Conservatory after living abroad in Canada and the United Kingdom. Her initial specialty in real estate was condos located downtown, but after more than 15 years in the business, she has assisted her clients in the sale and purchase of almost every type of residential property - in Baltimore City as well as in Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Baltimore counties.
Catrin has had a varied career in different disciplines, including public relations, arts education, arts administration, and vocal performance. In addition to two performance diplomas (from the Peabody Conservatory and from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama), she holds an honors degree in history from McGill University, Montreal, and a Master's degree in Women's Studies from Oxford University. She feels that her diverse background gives her a unique approach in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. And the fact that a majority of her business is personal referrals and repeat clients speaks to an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
Catrin is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), Maryland Realtors, and GBBR (Greater Board of Baltimore Realtors.) She is passionate about Baltimore, and is a proud resident of Mount Washington.
