Travis has been full time in real estate since 2014. He began his career in Baltimore City as the Director of Sales for Charm City Builders, a well known local developer. In that capacity, Travis was involved in hundreds of real estate transaction overseeing the entire process from acquisition, construction, and eventual sales. Since then, Travis has formed several key partnerships and relationships with local industry leaders to continue serving his clients and redeveloping homes that he purchases and renovates. Travis's pride and motivation is his family including wife Shanel and three young childred, Owen, Heidi, and Fiona. When he's not investing in real estate, Travis enjoys staying active. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast, a triathlete, and was a member of the Maryland Boxing Team. He is high-energy, enthusiastic, and always a glass half-full type of guy. .
