Jon Wald is a graduate of Towson University’s class of 2005 where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Upon graduation Jon began his home financing career with a mortgage broker who he worked for one and a half years. Jon joined the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage team in the start of 2007 where he underwent training and became a Renovation Specialist. He has remained in the top 5 highest producing Home Mortgage Consultant’s for Wells Fargo’s Eastern Maryland region throughout all of 2008. Jon has worked with everyone from the many condo projects in downtown Baltimore to borrowers who are renovating the city’s historic row houses, to Baltimore’s many first time home buyers. He is the preferred lender for Live Baltimore.

While Jon is not a native to Maryland, he was born and raised in New York, he has become an expert on city life here. Jon bought and renovated his first house in Federal Hill in 2005, and recently he and girlfriend Leslie purchased a second home in Canton where they live with there dog Kramer.
