Tim Kenney is a graduate of Calvert Hall High School class of 1998 and Mount Saint Mary’s University class of 2002 where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business with a Marketing Concentration.

Tim began his Real Estate Career in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Ryan Homes.    From 2005-2006, after being promoted to Community Sales and Marketing Manager, Tim successfully produced over 20 million dollars in Sales volume and completed over 60 closed transactions. 

Paige Kenney works alongside her husband in the business. Paige is a graduate of Notre Dame Prep class of 1999 and Mount St. Mary’s University class of 2003 where she achieved a Bachelors Degree in Business.  With more than 4 years of New Home Sales Experience and over 40 million dollars in career sales volume, Paige adds a strong dynamic to the Kenney Real Estate Team.
