As someone who has been involved in real estate in some capacity since high school, becoming a Realtor seemed like a logical step for me, and working with Cummings & Co. was a perfect fit.

 With nearly ten years experience as a residential carpenter, in all aspects of home building, I have a thorough knowledge of construction. After feeling a need for a change from the hands-on portion of construction, I became a licensed real estate appraiser, and have been self-employed as a residential appraiser for over 15 years. I have appraised thousands of homes throughout central Maryland, from Baltimore rowhomes, to waterfront estates, and all types in between. I feel that my years of appraisal and construction experience give me unique insight and knowledge to help buyers find the quality home they are looking for, at the right price; or to list and sell their current homes at the best price. I feel this knowledge and experience is necessary in today’s marketplace more than ever.

A lifelong Maryland resident from Baltimore County, I lived in the Canton/Fells Point area from 2002 through 2009. I was married in 2006, and recently relocated to a quiet six acres in the Greenspring Valley area with my wife, Ann Marie. When not working as an appraiser or Realtor, I can usually be found doing something outdoors; either working on my property, hiking, or fly-fishing.
