Matt graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from the Alfred Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware.  He started in real estate in 2006 with national home builder Beazer Homes in their finance and sales divisions in Bear, DE.  Becoming a Realtor in 2007, Matt represents clients as an agent and separately as an investment and financial consultant in a variety of real estate transactions.  He also runs a private investor portfolio for residential and commercial properties with Rhine Real Estate.  In 2011 Matt graduated from Investors United School of Real Estate Investing in Baltimore, MD.  Courses covered such topics as creative financing solutions, wholesaling, auctioning, advanced negotiation strategies, selling techniques, and creative lead procurement.
