After serving individuals in the intellectual disabilities field for over fifteen years and ultimately serving as State Director of an international non-profit organization, Kirk transitioned his people skills, passion, empathy, and management expertise to the world of real estate. During his first year as an agent with FrontGate Realty, a boutique brokerage in Annapolis, he excelled in the top ten percent of agents in sales and was recognized by the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors “Distinguished Sales Achievement Club”.
Kirk transferred to Cummings & Co. Realtos five years ago after deciding to "work where he lives", Baltimore City. He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and renters throughout the Greater Baltimore/Annapolis metropolitan area, including Anne Arundel, Howard, Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil Counties, as well as Baltimore City. He provides a wide range of services to his clients, including pre-listing staging and design consultation, and is the owner of a staging company with below-market pricing and proven sales results. Kirk proudly serves as the exclusive agent for three real estate investment/development groups, coordinating the acquisition of projects at low prices and selling with maximum return.

Kirk was raised in Severna Park, and has lived in the Canton and Patterson Park neighborhoods for 14 years. He is the unofficial "captain" of his block, coordinating community efforts to better the neighborhood such as: a low-cost porch-light project improving safety, tree-planting project enhancing a greener neighborhood, and an angled parking project increasing resident parking spaces by 50%. When not working, Kirk can be found enjoying all the benefits city living has to offer.
Kirk has been my realtor as both a buyer and a seller. He originally helped me search for investment properties - we wrote a few contracts, but they had been scooped by other buyers during a very competitive period in the real estate market. This all turned out for the best, as I am now buying and moving into a huge house right on Patterson Park - thanks to Kirk. Using Kirk to represent me was better than anything I could have hoped for. I had my home listed for 8 months with another broker when I met Kirk, and my agent was doing very little to help sell or promote the house. Only 2 bids in 8 months, and both way under asking price. Enough was enough, and after 8 months I re-listed with Kirk. I met him through mutual friends who had used his services in both buying and selling multiple homes for them, and he came with high recommendation. Switching agents was something I should had done months ago! During our initial listing meeting, he had a marketing and selling strategy all lined up, asked a lot of detailed questions, and helped me work through issues that had arisen with my previous agent. Kirk had a lot of great ideas and offered to stage the house (which was currently vacant). I could really tell he was committed to helping me sell my house, as the first week we listed with him, he had developed a "to do" list, and my fiance and I busted our backs to get things in order, and Kirk was right there with us. He made the remark, "Wouldn't it be funny if we moved all of this into the house, and got a bid right away and had to take everything right back out!" We laughed about that, but then it came true! Kirk has been both an excellent realtor and a helpful friend throughout the home-buying process. Being stuck with a less-than-desirable realtor at the beginning of my search (and then working with Kirk) has shown me what a difference it is to have someone on your side, which is exactly what Kirk is. Knowing exactly what I was looking for in a house, he showed me over 35 properties throughout various neighborhoods in the city, all in a span of just a few weeks. Once we found a home I thought was "it", he walked me through the contract process with ease and made sure I understood each step along the way.
