With ten years of residential real estate investment experience, the recent housing bust, and uncertain job market, I am well aware of the tensions that come with buying and selling a home. A home purchase is likely the largest and most complicated investment that most people make in their lifetimes. My goal is to help you not only find a home or find a buyer for your home, but to ensure that you fully understand all the financial aspects and logistical intricacies to make the best decision possible FOR YOU.

Born and raised in Baltimore County, I am very familiar with various neighborhoods in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. I have lived in Canton since 2000 and have researched, purchased, rehabbed, and rented multiple properties in the area. Through these investment experiences, I have learned budgeting for material and labor costs and have maintained relationships with various sub-contractors that performed well. I feel this is important when comparing various properties given the expense differences and aesthetics of home finishes and layouts. I am also very familiar with various lending products and processes as well as financial planning, models, and accounting related to home ownership and investing.

I received my BS in Finance from Mount Saint Mary's University and incremental undergraduate Accounting from Towson University. I most recently served as Vice President, Portfolio Management at Constellation Energy and have served at Vice President, Finance and various other roles at Constellation during my ten year tenure. I also served two years in the Accounting department at Deutche Bank Alex Brown prior to Constellation.
