I’ve been a Realtor since early 2005 and have been with Cummings & Co. since its inception. I came to a career in real estate through my own ventures in real estate investment. In fact, I still own several rehabbed rental properties of my own. Having a degree in Economics and previously working as a stockbroker, I am acutely aware of the role of real estate as both a home and an investment. In addition to home ownership being a part of the “American Dream”, I truly believe that owning a home is most people’s first step to financial security. I understand that the purchase or sale of your home is one of the single largest transactions in your life. As a resident of the area since 1993 (Towson, Canton and Butchers Hill), I am personally in tune with Baltimore living and all that it has to offer.
