Beth has over seven years of real estate experience specializing in new home construction with a large national homebuilder.  She began her career selling homes in Baltimore County and Howard County, winning several awards along the way.  Due to her immediate success, she was promoted to sales trainer and manager of sales training in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia.  Beth attributes her success to her ability to communicate effectively with buyers and sellers.  “There are a lot of salespeople who fail to hear what the buyer is saying.”  Her proactive, can-do attitude excelled her to the top as soon as she started.

Beth grew up in Severna Park, MD.  Before the start of her real estate career, Beth graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. degree in marketing and a minor in nutrition.  Now, Beth and her husband, Brycen, reside in Federal Hill with their chocolate lab, Mak.
