Annie loves Baltimore City living!  Baltimore is comprised of distinct, quirky and, of course, charming neighborhoods- and Annie knows them well!   As a college student, she lived in Charles Village, afterward,  she resided in Mount Vernon, then located her artist’s jewelry studio to Mount Washington and Butcher’s Hill and finally settled in Better Waverly with her husband and two dogs.  She even had a stint as a dog walker which gave her the opportunity to explore the city streets and neighborhoods on foot!

Annie came to the real estate industry through her passion for helping others, knack for understanding immediately what a client wants and eye for quality and design.  She especially loves to help first-time homebuyers.  As a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable full-time Realtor, she is always available to guide you, step-by-step, through a very exciting time!

When she is not in search of the perfect home, you can find Annie in the kitchen whipping up a vegan meal, in the studio making jewelry, on the yoga mat, at the gym or strolling about admiring the architecture and flora of Baltimore.

After Annie’s research and pursuits (and even a few videos of properties!) to find us the perfect house- we are thrilled!  Our block is exactly what we were looking for; after living in Pittsburgh, Savannah, and New York City, it is truly the first time that we feel we have everything we were looking for in a house and a neighborhood.  We didn’t think it was possible, but thanks to Annie- it is.”
