I have been a real estate agent for over 8 years in Baltimore City and County and surrounding areas. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked as an attorney for 11 years for Legal Mutual, USF&G, St Paul Insurance Cos. and an elder care law firm. Originally from New York City, I moved to Maryland in 1994. I reside in Towson with my husband and children.

My legal experience has proven very useful to my career as a real estate agent. I provide professional & zealous representation throughout my client’s entire transaction. My strong negotiation skills, knowledge of contract law, experience with handling adversarial situations, strong advocacy skills, & sense of compassion help to make the entire process quicker, smoother and less stressful for my clients. It is important for me to provide this type of service because buying and/or selling a home is one of the largest and most difficult financial transactions a person may face in their lifetime.

I represent clients with a wide variety of needs, including but not limited to, first time home-buyers, and those who are “rightsizing” (“downsizing” or “upsizing” because of changes in family situations). With my training as a Medicaid attorney and RE Senior Housing Specialist, I have assisted elderly with the sale of their homes when they had to move to long term care facilities.

My business has been built mainly through referrals & returning clients. In fact, many of my clients have grown to be close friends. This success can only be accomplished by providing exceptional customer service, by staying in touch with my clients and following up even after their property has settled. My client’s satisfaction is my ultimate goal so I can be his/her trusted real estate advisor for life.

As a real estate agent, I believe it is also imperative to give back to the community in which your business exists. Therefore, I volunteer, for the Believe in Tomorrow National Children’s Foundation, Children’s Houses at John’s Hopkins University Hospital and at St. Casimir in Canton. This organization provides comfortable housing for critically ill children and their families during the child’s treatment term at the hospital. Giving in this way allows me to express my gratitude for my success.
