Jamie has been a full-time Realtor in Baltimore since 1999, after a trip to Italy convinced her she should leave her corporate life behind and follow her passion. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their goals, all the while providing a personal, boutique level of service that consistently leads to referrals from enthusiastic clients. Jamie has a unique background in finance and interior design that makes her the ideal professional to help buyers visualize and obtain their dream homes, and to help sellers stage their homes to maximize sales prices and reduce time on the market.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jamie had an upwardly mobile career in corporate customer service, marketing, and management with Farmers Insurance, ADP, and Visa International. She has degrees in both Interior Design and Finance.
Jamie works in partnership with her husband, Paul Stagg, who left his corporate life in 2012 to join her in forming the HomeFusion sales|staging team.
When she’s not working, Jamie enjoys cooking with family and friends (in a kitchen she designed specifically to accommodate multiple cooks), tasting wine, staying abreast of design trends, and spending time with her husband and their rescue pup Delilah.
“We’ve used Jamie Mason and Paul Stagg for numerous real estate transactions throughout the past few years. Our experience has been wonderful, and we’ve always felt like we were getting the very best service from them. Their attention to detail is a very important aspect to their business. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional in their approach to real estate. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”
“Selling my house was as easy as 1-2-3 with Paul and Jamie as my agents. On our initial meeting I signed the preliminary paperwork and received some advice from Jamie on staging my house. 10 days after the house [went on the market], I received a call from Jamie that an offer was made. Day 11 – I had a signed contract. Paul and Jamie took care of all the details. I just showed up for settlement 45 days later. With Paul and Jamie in my corner, the process I dreaded turned out to be seamless! I will use them again in my next venture and highly recommend this team.”
“The words and phrases that come to mind when I think of Jamie and Paul and how they handled my real estate transaction: – Professional – Efficient – Reliable – Passionate – Expert level knowledge – Confident – Tireless advocates – Problem solvers – Impeccable taste – Courteous – Extreme attention to detail – Well connected – Highly skilled negotiators – Strong moral compass. If you want what could potentially be a frustrating, anxiety provoking process to be made as pleasant and seamless as possible, Jamie and Paul will not let you down.”
“When we decided to sell our home we interviewed 3 agents from different real estate agencies. We were shocked by the varying levels of professionalism, knowledge of the market, and plans for how to sell our home. The first agent we interviewed had no plans and told us to list it for our purchasing price which was prior to the market crash. Clearly, this was bad advice. Jamie and Paul arrived with a power point presentation that included current market conditions in our neighborhood and a clearly outlined plan to sell our home. They are honest, hard working, friendly people who are VERY good at what they do. As we are both in the medical field, we created a medical analogy of the service they offer versus others we came across. Choosing Jamie and Paul as your agents is like choosing a board certified physician for your medical care versus asking your neighbor their opinion of your symptoms. The service they provide is the best you can get.”
“Jamie came highly recommended to me by two close friends and completely delivered as advertised. I was a first-time home buyer and she was willing to deal with every inexperienced question, over-concerned parents and a tough work schedule, considering I work 50 miles from where I was looking. She provided me with a checklist of things I needed to do and the time frame in which they needed to be done to help execute my purchase without any hiccups, and followed up on every step. Even though I bought my house a year ago, I know that Jamie would still answer any question I have. She’ll be the first call I make if I ever decide to move, even before my over-concerned mother.”
